Before we go there, let’s take a look at the four major components of the search ad process.
1) A person searches on a search engine (most likely Google)
2) An auction takes place between advertisers who want to show their ads to that user.
3) The winning ads are shown. The user clicks on the ad or on the phone nr included in the ad.
4) The user looks at the site and takes an action, e.g. signing up to a newsletter. WIN!
